DIY Mod Podge!

How to make your very own Mod Podge! Super easy!

Hey there! I am going to show you how to make your very own mod podge! It’s super easy, cheap and takes about 5 minutes to make. Let’s get started!

You will need:

1 1/2 cup of flour

1 – 2 1/2 cups of water (depending on the thickness you want it.)

1/4 cup of granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon of oil (olive or vegetable)

A clean jar or container to put the mixture into

First, take your jar and make sure it is clean and has a tight lid. I used a old canning jar.

Then, mix all the flour, water, oil, and sugar in together.

Sorry, this picture came out really blurry, but this is basically what it will look like.

Mix and add water until it is your desired consistency. I wanted mine to be thinner so I added more water, but you can have it as thick or as thin as you need.

Let it cook for 5 – 10 minutes, but do not let it boil. Then put it into your container.

  1. G’day Great idea! Thanks for stopping and sharing at our #SayGdayParty Please make sure to revisit if you haven’t already to say G’day to the hosts and someone else at the party! Pinned! Cheers! Joanne @What’s On The List

  2. Found your blog through last week’s Link Parry Palooza— I saw the name on your jar and had to explore!! My nieces and nephew call me Auntie Coco (something that stuck from when they were really little and couldn’t pronounce “Carole”) and I just had to “meet” you. 🙂
