Hey there! Today, I am going to show you how you can make some super yummy Apple Turnovers! These Apple Turnovers are so good, you will wish you will have doubled the recipe! I love to make these for every occasion, it’s always a big hit! Let’s get started!
You will need:
1 Package of Puff Pastry
Medium Bowl
2 apples, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons arrowroot
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon of water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Okay! First, you need to pre-heat your oven to 450˚F. This recipe takes about 10 – 15 minutes to prepare.
Then, you are going to take your sliced apples and put them into the Medium Bowl. Add in the arrowroot, cinnamon, honey, water, and lemon juice. Mix together until everything is evenly distributed.
Next, take your Puff Pastry and lay it out. This is the kind that I used
(Or roll it if you are making your own) Cut out 8 even squares.
Now, put apples into the middle of the dough. You will want to stretch the dough out a little, so that you have more room for the apple mixture. ***Place a lot of apples into the dough. If you don’t, it will taste too doughy!
Then, fold the dough over and close the sides.
Grease the pan and place the turnovers onto it. Add the extra apples you may have around the turnovers, these are still yummy to eat!
Stick these babies in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes. Then, flip them over and cook them for another 15 – 20 minutes. Pull them out and serve! Yum!!!
YUMM!!!!!!!

I recently started sharing recipes on The Jenny Evolution and thought it would be terrific to have a group on FB where we can share our recipes not just with other bloggers but with people who are searching out recipes. That said, I’m launching a Food Blogger group! If we work together we can make this a great outlet for all of us. If you’d like to join, visit me here https://www.facebook.com/groups/341455112700743/
